AI transcription and translation may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing meaning, names, timing, and accessibility requirements. Cue does not guarantee perfect transcription, translation, or compliance with a publishing standard.
Credits pay for processing. Transcription uses one credit per minute; combined audio transcription and translation uses two per minute. Existing subtitle translation uses one credit per 1,000 source characters. Jobs round up. Editing and exporting are free. Failed jobs return reserved credits. Purchased credits do not expire while the service operates. Checkout is handled by Polar when available. Refund rights required by applicable law are unaffected; use the support details on your Polar receipt for payment issues.
Cue is an early product. Features may change, and processing depends on third-party services. Keep your own copies of important files. Abuse may lead to account suspension.
